"Hummus"

When we talk about Mediterranean food, the first thing that comes to my mind is Hummus. The smooth, flavourful and rich dip is one of the most exotic dishes of the middle east. Its a very humble dish which is very nutritious and can be eaten at any time of the day. Served with crackers, sticks, salads and breads, Hummus is one of the best starter dishes that you can make and serve to your guests with a glass of wine.
Enjoy the aroma and spices of this simple dip.
